Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of our website and travel services.

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Travel Global website and the booking of travel services through Travelling Globally Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

01

Services

Travel Global acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. We arrange travel services on your behalf and are not the provider of those services unless expressly stated otherwise.

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers, including airlines, accommodation providers, and tour operators. We will provide you with relevant supplier terms at the time of booking where applicable.

  • Flight bookings including return, one-way, and multi-city itineraries
  • Hotel and accommodation reservations
  • Holiday packages and tour arrangements
  • Cruise bookings and travel insurance referrals
  • Group travel and corporate travel management

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or limit quantities at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent activity or where supplier availability is restricted.

02

Booking

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Travel Global and any required payment has been received and processed. Verbal quotations are subject to availability and price changes until confirmed in writing.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on our website or by phone
  • You are responsible for ensuring all passenger names match exactly as they appear on passports and travel documents
  • You must provide accurate contact information including email address and phone number
  • It is your responsibility to check all booking details on your confirmation invoice and notify us immediately of any errors
  • Passport validity, visa requirements, and health regulations are your responsibility unless we have expressly agreed to arrange these on your behalf
  • Special requests such as seat preferences, meal requirements, and accessibility needs will be passed to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed

We are an ATOL protected and IATA accredited travel agency. When you book a flight-inclusive package, you will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming your financial protection.

03

Payments

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed and payment is received.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain fares and promotional offers
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • A service fee or booking fee may apply and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking
  • Prices include applicable taxes and surcharges unless otherwise stated on your confirmation
  • You authorise us to charge your payment method for the total booking amount including any subsequent amendments or additional services
  • If payment is declined or not received by the specified deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice

Foreign exchange rates may apply for international transactions. Your card issuer may charge additional fees for foreign currency transactions, which are outside our control.

04

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service booked and the supplier's own cancellation policy. The applicable cancellation charges will be advised at the time of booking and detailed on your confirmation documentation.

  • Flight cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the operating airline, which may be non-refundable and non-changeable
  • Hotel and package cancellations may incur charges ranging from the loss of deposit to the full booking value depending on notice period
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team
  • Cancellation fees are charged per person unless otherwise stated
  • No-show without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking value
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event that a supplier cancels a service, we will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements or a refund in accordance with the supplier's policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.

05

Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with the fare rules and cancellation policies of the relevant suppliers. Where a refund is due, the following terms apply:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • Processing times vary by supplier and may take between 7 and 12 weeks from the date of cancellation approval
  • Airline refunds are subject to airline processing times which are outside our direct control
  • Any non-refundable taxes, fees, or service charges will be deducted from the refund amount as per supplier terms
  • Our booking and service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error or a supplier failure
  • Partial refunds may apply where only part of a booking is cancelled or where amendment fees have been incurred

If you are entitled to a refund under ATOL protection, we will ensure your refund is processed in accordance with the ATOL scheme requirements.

06

Deposits

Certain bookings may be secured with a deposit payment, with the balance due by a specified date prior to departure. Deposit terms are as follows:

  • Deposit amounts vary by booking type and are confirmed at the time of reservation
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
  • The balance of payment must be received by the due date specified on your booking confirmation
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit
  • Deposit amounts may be increased by suppliers for peak season travel, group bookings, or special events
  • Any amendments made after deposit payment may incur additional charges and revised payment schedules

We will send payment reminders prior to balance due dates. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid cancellation of your booking.

07

Liability

Travel Global's liability is limited in accordance with applicable law and the terms of our supplier agreements. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We accept liability for loss or damage arising from our negligence or breach of contract up to the value of the affected booking
  • We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or failures of any supplier including airlines, hotels, and tour operators
  • We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government travel restrictions
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of enjoyment, loss of earnings, or missed connections
  • Our liability for personal injury or death is not excluded or limited where such exclusion would be unlawful
  • You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

08

Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Booking amendments such as date changes, name corrections, and route modifications are subject to supplier approval and fees
  • Amendment fees charged by suppliers will be passed on to you in addition to any administrative fee we may apply
  • Some fares and promotional tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable
  • We will notify you of any material changes to confirmed bookings caused by supplier schedule changes or service modifications
  • If a supplier makes a significant change to your booking, you may be entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangements under applicable regulations

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
